paypal funding sources

hi, ive just bought a fancy dress outfit on b.i.n.i wanted to pay instantly,so went to paypal to pay.i want to pay by instant bank transfer which is my main source of funding,however after logging in and checking payment details,the payment source is set to my credit card,and will only let me change to postal order/other payment,and not to instant bank transfer.ive double checked my settings and they are right.would it be to do with the seller?any ideas? thanks,andy
