cant pay with my registered 3V card plenty of funds

Please help i have 5 items that need to be paid for i have registered my new 3V card as always deleted old ones - plenty of funds to cover when i go to proceed complete transaction it kicks me out saying error on page and i cant pay for item -i dont funds in paypal account as i'm not a seller but plenty of funds avail on 3V i dont want to get a bad profile or loose purchases please help asap
