I have just opened a new account.I had well over 700 feedback on a previous account but some kind person messed it up.I have just sold my first item and the buyer has left me positive feedback but my payment is still on hold.I havent verified my bank account details yet as the two bits of money havent gone into my account yet.But when I go on to my paypal account it says I have to do three things to prove who I am.1,I have to provide either a full driving license 2, a passport or a national identifacation card.I dont have any of these.Also it wants a bank statement and the tracking number for the item I sold.Do I have to do all these things or will iy be ok once I verify my bank account.Please help I didnt have any of this before thank you
