Buyer wants refund after paypal dispute resolved

Hi all,I sold an item recently and sent it recorded delivery. Buyer filed item not received dispute with paypal as they claimed they had not received item. I looked up tracking on Royal Mail and the item was delivered and signed for to that address.Paypal has resolved dispute in my favour as i provided proof of postage..Now buyer is wanting me to refund them or come to some sort of amicable agreement. They do seem genuine enough but i'm not sure whether to move on or to do a 'good will' gesture.Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks
