Is anyone having problems refunding Michael Jackson tickets

HiI am having a nightmare with Paypal trying to pay back my buyer for MJ tickets. It appears they tried to take the money back shortly after the tickets were refunded to people but I didn't have money in my paypal account (I don't just keep money in there - their early emails indicated I would be guided through the refund process) so they limited it! This was in July!!! None of the steps it offered to resolve it were appropriate to the situation - like asking for tracking info and stuff.Anyway - I have had automated email after automated email telling me to follow the steps in my account and eventually I wrote a stinking complaint. I got a reply 9 days ago saying they are going to find out about doing a manual payment but the only thing I had since was another email telling me to email paypal. Well you don't email paypal do you, you go through more selections and categories. I picked refund as it seemed most appropriate but it tells me the transaction isn't valid!My poor buyer is being so understand but what the hell are they playing at? They've had nearly
