I sold some kids flashing sandals and the end of July and today (22/10) have received a complaint that one of them doesn't flash and the buyer hadn't noticed before as they had been overseas.As far as I am concerned they were both fine when I sold them, and would have happily refunded had the complaint been instant however I also feel that nearly 2 months to complain is a totally unreasonable amount of time to leave it. What should I do to avoid negative feedback?
