LPG cars for sale on Ebay and petrol is

I just dont understand it.At the moment I have a car converted to run LPG and I have to admit I love it! It costs me 35p per litre of fuel so that equates to around 1.54 per gallon meaning it costs me around 14 - 15 to fill up. Not bad from the old price of 50 on Gordon Brown's favourite unleaded. Admittedly when I put petrol in the wife's car now, I grump about it because the price difference is really felt then.So why do people sell cars on ebay with these conversions fitted to them? I ask you, LPG is nearly a third of the price of a litre of petrol yet someone decides to sell the economic, luxurious, congestion charge beating, free parking, family car? Surely thats false economy.Once I had read up a bit on it I was still a bit skeptical about buying
a car on LPG as the kits vary in quality and of course improvements are
made over the years ( series 1, 2, 3 or ???) so I decided to have a kit professionally fitted. Best decision I ever made as
despite being mechanically minded I dont think I could have tuned it as
well as a proper authorised fitter. I decided to buy a car and have it converted over. But first I had to find someone to do the conversion for me and that I bought a car he could convert! After looking around in the market place and seeing what equipment was needed and the prices offered I settled on a guy roughly in the middle of the country. None of that franchise fee's rubbish for me and I like to know who I am dealing with.I found both the car and the fitter
here on ebay!If your still unsure, like I was, of who to trust and beat the hype, drop me a line and I will point you in his direction.Hope you find this useful
