How to change a photo in a live Auctiva listing? easy!

Who hasn't listed an item with an Auctiva template and then realised that they got the wrong photo in there by mistake? perhaps you've changed your mind about the template too?

It's easy to take a photo out just by deleting it but replacing it with anothermay seem to be a insurmountable problem, but you'll be surprised how easy it is to change the photos and/orthe template in a live listing.

Go back to Auctiva and find your saved listing, correct what needs to be altered bytaking the wrongphotos out, add new ones in, choose a different templateetc...then click save.

Go to the saved listings page, find the itemand look for the HTML icon (get HTML) on the right hand side of the line, there is also a magnifying glass (preview)and astack offiles (create similar listing)icon too.

Click the HTML icon and copy the HTML code that will come up in a popup box, make sure that you don't have a popup blocker in use.

Go to yourfaulty eBay listing and click revise item, click edit description and then click the enter your own HTML tab - strip out the old HTML and replace it with your new HTML and save- yes, it's that simple!

If your gallery photo is wrong too then go to the gallery photo sectionon the revise item page, see the Auctiva URL for the image - pop back over to Auctiva and find the correct photo in your image store, copy it's URL andpaste it in place ofthe wrong one in your lisiting.
