Don't, these people are fraudulent users of ebay and the internet. They take your payment and then disappear, only to reappear as another honest trader with a positive rating of 10.
If you do not pay you are then treatened with negative feedback and being reported to ebay and your own membership suspended.
My advise is "DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE" they are not welcome on Ebay
