How do I put money from my bank into paypal

How do I put money from my bank into paypal or how do I pay instantly for things via paypal,using the money thats in my bank. Ie no e cheques.I have a debit card not a credit card attached to the pp account.Thanks

To upload funds go to the Add Funds tab at the top of your Paypal account. It takes 5 to 7 working days.

If your debit card is filed with your Paypal account your payments should be instant. Check to make sure it's valid - Profile > Add or Edit Credit Card (that includes debit cards).
