Bought an item on thursday 8th July which stated other 24 hour courier. Estimated delivery 2 business days
after seller receives cleared payment. I paid with paypal immediately on the 8th july at 11.30am yet as of 3.20pm today 12th July I have not received my item. Where do I stand ? If item is delivered can I claim back the postage cost etc

Surely you realise that payment by 11:30 am doesn't mean arrival by 11:30 am on the delivery day? It means "sometime on that day".

And an estimate is just that - not a guarantee so you have no comeback at all if/because it fails to arrive today.
