Call themselves a "financial institution" - they have no standards. My bank wouldn't do this! The limitation was finally released after 120 hours - no apology, no redress for the loss of interest that would have been paid if the cash was in my bank. Their customer service was unhelpful and inefficient. I'm still raging. We still accept Paypal because we have to - but we no longer recommend it.
